What is TEAM-CBT?

TEAM-CBT is a powerful, results-focused approach to therapy developed by psychiatrist and bestselling author Dr. David Burns. It’s designed to help you make meaningful progress—often faster than traditional talk therapy—by combining the best tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy with a highly structured and collaborative process.
